In an era where personalization has given way to hyper-personalization, Epsilon wanted to spotlight the value of human connections and how the right technology can help brands drive genuine conversations with customers and build loyalty.

Guided by the theme “What Truly Matters”, GPJ India had to create a 4-day experience in Dubai that was young, innovative, and invigorating for Epsilon’s audience of marketers, partners, and clients. 

The result was a fully immersive experience featuring a variety of sessions, including panels on data protection, customer privacy, marketing, and fireside chats. Attendees had the opportunity to enjoy interactive experiences, such as a bar experience with a score board, a customized dart board with Epsilon’s values, and a stand-up performance by talented comedian, Ali Al Syed.

The engaging experiences created by GPJ in partnership with Epsilon was a huge success, witnessing strong participation from around hundred participants from India, Australia, Singapore, US and UK.
