Mitra Habba by Mitra for Life was an occasion to celebrate neurodiversity. In partnership with Mitra for Life, GPJ helped design an experience that highlighted opportunities for the community through panel discussions, workshops, art showcases, and more.

The event featured engaging sessions on parenting and inclusivity through art and music, with notable personalities like Shradha Sharma, founder of YourStory, and musician Bruce Lee Mani sharing their perspectives. Workshops on music, dance, and art by different artists were a big hit with children and young adults.

A flea market highlighted products from neurodivergent entrepreneurs, including Zenzula musical instruments, organic cosmetics, and sarees from the HeART Project. The marketplace also featured popular brands like Akshayakalpa, MAP (Museum of Art & Photography), and more. Mitti Café, known for employing specially challenged individuals, participated with a food stall in the flea market.

Mitra Habba employed sustainable practices as it repurposed a hand printed canvas into standees, reused flea market signage, repurposed pin-wheel decor for school art, and used fabric printing to reduce plastic waste.

Nearly 800 attendees actively took part in Mitra Habba as the experience spotlighted and raised awareness about neurodiversity.
