ServiceNow hosted UTG Connect, an annual three-day experience in Hyderabad for their employees. The idea behind UTG Connect was to forge relationships among teams working out of different locations, create a space for learning, and embrace the spirit of giving back to society.

GPJ India partnered with ServiceNow for the second time  to design remarkable experiences for around 2500 employees. From 78 learning sessions, 35 experience demos, and collaborative hack zones, GPJ brought their experiential marketing skills to the fore as they worked with ServiceNow to execute with precision.

In addition to leadership and learning sessions, UTG Connect brought people closer through team-building activities and a fun happy hour. The teams also got into the spirit of giving through a CSR initiative where they packed over a thousand school kits for underprivileged children and supported PRIDE entrepreneurs through a dedicated PRIDE goods stall.

An adherence to sustainable practices was evident throughout UTG Connect in the form of cord lanyards and seed paper badges, fabric printing, large LED screens that minimized large-scale printing, and the use of glass bottles and paper cups.

Working with ServiceNow, GPJ seamlessly handled every logistical detail, resulting in an experience that left employees recharged and motivated to do more.
