Rasheed Sait Named Chief Growth Officer, Neha Lobo Appointed Managing Director
Bengaluru, [8th July, 2025] – Project Worldwide, our leading global agency holding network, today announced significant senior leadership appointments to drive expansion across India and South Asia.
Rasheed Sait has been elevated to the role of Chief Growth Officer, India and South Asia for Project Worldwide. Rasheed, who successfully led GPJ India for over two decades, was instrumental in transforming the agency into a full-service integrated experiential marketing firm with operations in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi.
In his new capacity, He will focus on strategic growth initiatives across GPJ and other Project Worldwide agencies entering the Indian market. His remit includes leading regional expansion, such as mergers and acquisitions, collaborating on global client onboarding, and scaling the company’s Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru. He will also continue to advise regional leadership and serve on the GPJ India board.
Neha Lobo has been appointed as the new Managing Director of GPJ India. She brings over 25 years of extensive experience in branding, client engagement, and business development.
Neha’s background includes various senior positions at IBM, where she built a Digital Marketing Demand Centre for the APAC region and served as APAC Geo Leader for Sales Development for IBM Technologies. Her deep sector experience in technology, automotive, and retail aligns directly with GPJ India’s core client base.
As Managing Director, Neha will oversee all agency operations, develop key client relationships, and focus on strategic business growth. She is also tasked with driving innovation across the agency’s service offerings and solidifying its market leadership in experiential marketing.
