IBM highlights how technology can transform India and the world
Think Mumbai 2023, IBM’s annual event, had a grand vision to showcase the theme ‘Make in India, for India and the world’ and underscore how AI and hybrid cloud could turn this theme to reality. With this objective in mind, IBM partnered with GPJ to plan and execute an experience that reflected the theme and accentuated IBM’s offerings, for in-person and virtual attendees.
The team thoughtfully designed each experience to enhance the attendee’s journey and capture key insights and information about business and technology pain points.
A separate zone was dedicated for IBM’s Watsonx, which included interactive experiences aimed at encouraging engagement with the technology. Think also featured a novel Soundscapes lounge, providing attendees with the opportunity to unwind in therapeutic massage chairs while enjoying audio stories of IBM client engagements. A motivating interview with Indian tennis legend, Sania Mirza, and an energetic performance by the Shiamak Davar dance troupe added to the uniqueness of the overall experience.
GPJ handled the experience design, virtual experience, audience marketing, registration, creatives, video production, housing, talent management, event production, project management, and more to deliver an exceptional experience. The response was overwhelming as hundreds of attendees participated in-person while more than thousands attended virtually.
